2. Installing the app

When you ordered the "FEMS App Manual Relay Control", you received a 16-digit license key. You can use this license key to redeem the app independently in the FEMS App Center.

Adjustable consumer loads such as washing machines, dishwashers or lighting elements often need to be switched on or off remotely. This is made possible by the "FEMS App Manual Relay Control". An intelligent control algorithm is integrated into the system, which switches the individual potential-free relay contacts.

The app makes it possible to monitor and control the devices connected to the relay board at any time and from any location via Online Monitoring.

As soon as the app has been activated on your system, you will see this widget in your monitoring:

In the example above, the relay control was created to control the lighting.

Click on the widget to open the detailed view of the app. Here you have the option of switching between two operating modes and switching the connected device on or off.

In "On" mode, the relay contact is switched on. In the example above, the lighting would be switched on permanently.
